📅 HOW BOOKING WORKS To keep scheduling fair, organized, and accessible to all clients, we follow a structured booking process: • Clients may prebook their next appointment in-studio after completing their current visit • Members receive priority booking and are contacted first for the upcoming month • Remaining availability opens to the public online on the 1st of each month at 8:00 PM • All appointments are first come, first served through our website • Appointments may be rescheduled within the same month, based on availability • Appointments canceled during the last week of the month must be rebooked when the next month’s schedule opens ⸻ 💳 CARD ON FILE REQUIRED • A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments • Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show • Full payment is due at the time of service (cash or card accepted) ⸻ ❗ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that life happens. Please notify us in advance if you need to make changes. • Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees • Within 48 hours: 50% of the service total will be charged • Within 24 hours or same-day: 100% of the service total applies • No-shows are charged in full • Declined cards must be resolved before future booking • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access Please book mindfully — missed appointments are time that cannot be recovered. ⸻ ⏱️ ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
