CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits: Deposits are required for all appointments and will automatically be deducted from your total. The remainder is due in cash or card. Please note, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances unless we cancel your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations: • To avoid a penalty fee, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Rescheduling within less than 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All fees must be paid before booking any new appointments. For COVID-related issues, we will take them into consideration, but proof of a positive test is required. Unfortunately, cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. Please review your schedule carefully to avoid conflicts. Late Policy: • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals 10-20 minutes late may continue their appointment if accepted, but a $15 late fee will apply. • Arrivals after 20 minutes may result in a rescheduled appointment, and the service fee will still be charged in full. This policy ensures we provide quality service to you and all other clients. If you’re running late, please notify us at 571-489-3527. Address: The address will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment. Room Policies: • Please use the restroom before your appointment. • Only one client is allowed in the treatment room. • Cell phones must be silenced during treatments to maintain a relaxing environment. • Our treatments require focus and precision, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this policy. Extra guests are welcome to wait in the waiting area and enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks. Payments: We accept cash and card only. Preparation: For lash and facial appointments, please arrive with a clean face and no makeup.
